I am sorry that MLB has singled you out. Those chips have been selling for a long time on Ebay and other websites. Besides, why would MLB okay the production of them if they are so worried about someone actually selling one. I guess MLB better get in contact with the Tropicana and let them know that they infringed upon MLB as well, since the Tropicana was the first person to sell these chips (and I am sure they made more of a profit from them than you did).
