eBay Advice (I've done nearly 6,000 eBay transactions):

Selling - Don't ever list anything for less than you are willing to sell it for. Sounds obvious, however, I grow tired of hearing from sellers whining about one or more of their auction items selling "too low".

Buying - ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS make sure you place a bid with the ABSOLUTE HIGHEST price you are willing to pay (but no more). If you do this, you should have no complaints about sniping.
