Gene and others are investigating this matter on their own time, at no cost to any of us, and trying to ensure that collectors who like the rare stuff get what they pay for, and that GENUINE unrepaired chips do not lose their value due to the market being flooded with "fixed" chips. I can't see any reason for anyone to be upset with them.
