Bob...When you deal in $10 chips, this truly is a mute point. The fact of the matter is that SERIOUS collectors of RARE chips consider this a major problem. It will effect the numbers that dictate pricing. I have not purchased a high value chip since the Palace Station show after Sept 11th. Nobody in their right mind would shell out $1000 or more for an undrilled chip with a history of being drilled. Are these seen more frequently? I think so. They were much harder to find 3-4 years ago.
