New chip from my friends at the Atlantic City Tropicana. I don't know when the chip was released because they don't post before or after the release at this place and for some reason I'm not on their personal contact list. Imagine that? I know many people already had their chip before today but I just picked mine up today and didn't notice anything on the board about it.
