If I understand correctly from these two posts, Mr. Feavel did not request to be on your mailing list. Instead you took you name and email id from a posting of his on The ChipBoard. If this is what you did, then I agree with Mr. Feavel. You should refrain from this practice and should remove anyone from your list that has not specifically asked to be on it. If this is not what happened, then please explain.
