There are companies that will clean a casinos chips. I believe that they charge $.01-.03 per chip for the service. I actually designed and built a prototype chip cleaner that I still have. It ran off of compressed air to move the chips and cleaning brushes. Even I was surprised at how well it worked.

Most casinos don't clean their chips although there are a few that must since they have the oldest, most worn clean chips I have ever seen.
