Question #2 for the casino experts

Does not the gaming board or the department of health have any regulations on the condition of chips? After playing at the Argosy Empress in Joliet, IL we drove over to Trump Casino & Majestic Star in Gary, IN where they have $5 BJ tables. In all three casinos the condition of the chips was disguising. They were filty and grimy. I was almost afraid to play with them. Why wouldn't a casino want clean chips to give a better appearance of their casino? Is it the cost?

I have a couple of $1 chips from these casino for trade, condition SU to AVG. If anyone needs one e-mail me and we can trade.
