... that the "NEW" colored USA Banknoted are going to be a part of a two tiered currency. The old green notes will be exchanged with foreign curriencies and the colored ones will not be accepted for exchage. Many countries have "convertable notes" that are used for exchange while their common currency is not exchanged. I read an article that speculted this, I do not know for sure one way or the other.

BTW: 2/3 of all Amreican currency is on Foreign soil! AND... as ugly as our money is MANY countries would rather take it than their own!
