Mainly yes. I was referring to the enormous amount of PR that was done prior to flotation and who paid for that? Something like $5m was spent. You will recall the share issue raised a sum considered 'astronomical' in ecommerce terms at that time. I think the sum was around $175m. Shareholders who puchased during the past 4 years have done very nicely but trace the history and you will see that the original bid price was 3 times what the price is today.
This seemed to start the trend of 'extortionate' flotation of ebusinesses with no assets to back them up, a large number of which failed miserably as we all know.
