This certainly is a step in the wrong direction. On the other hand it goes to show you that people will buy anything.
In essence what we have here is a very expensive fantasy chip,
This might be the precursor of things to come and might be a vehicle that PSA will use to draw people into the chip grading game.
At some point maybe some of these bidders will enter the chip collecting hobby and find out that what they have probably isn't worth a fraction of what they have paid. They may then view this from a different perspective.
The sad part is that once Pandora's box is open it will be tought to close.
