Bob; I've already renewed the annual fee for McAfee ... for which I'm entitled to on-line and telephone tech support. I've had McAfee for a couple of years now. Why would I want to buy another anti-virus program, when all I need to do is fix the one I've paid for? The problem is that McAfee's tech support is only available to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and evidently not at all on holiday weekends.
In addition to McAfee's anti-virus protection, I also have McAfee firewall and McAfee anti-spam programs.
