Some of you may recall my mother passed away not too long ago and my niece in Oregon was much concerned if my dad was staying active and handling the change. So after many questions via email my dad decided to a "My day in pictures" for my niece. In the packet were pictures of him walking (exercise) at the local mall, having coffee & breakfast with friends, working in his wood shop, and various other things he does during his daily activities. We stuck this picture in with no explanation.
