Maybe. My inlay on the Fleur de Lis is nothing like the metal inlay on my Kentucky Club, Covington, chip. Mine is very thin foil over the paper. Bends very easily. Impossible to cut/jab oneself on it. Maybe it it is considered metal, if you like. Mine is probably the same as yours. If you want, I'll cut off a piece and mail it to you to compare.
