I didn't say Vic ripped me off for sure. I merely said that we made a trade, the chips he offered me got " lost in the mail", and now the same chips he offered are back on his trade list...It could be a coincidence, or he could have ripped me off... Either way I got nothing for the two chips I sent Vic,and he made ZERO effort to make things right.
