There was a post regarding USPS postage rates several days ago. I didn’t keep up with the thread, so I don’t know what the end results were. Today I received a 2005 catalog from C.T. Rodgers. The envelope measured 9½” X 6½” X ¼” (smaller than a #1 bubble envelope) and weighed in at a whopping 3.7 oz. The first class postage was $7.70. I’m not sure if it was a mistake or the USPS is trying to make up for lost revenue, but beware.
