I think the above statement could be challenged in a court of law ... especially when it comes to "PURCHASING" LE's from an Atlantic City gaming table ... strictly for the purpose of the casino "SELLING" chips to customers. Usually, the gaming table in A.C. is closed to gaming activity. The only purpose the table is open is to "SELL" chips to customers.

In fact, one live roulette table at Taj Mahal has a sign on it 24/7 "Commemorative chips available for purchase at this table".
