You forgot:
I can't find it with a magnifying glass. 
In fact this is an early Whalen. I 1st seen it about 18 months ago. He made it for himself. Since then he has obtained another one and willing to sell this one.
He has fixed others of this same chip for club members, some of whom read this BB.
