I have bought chips at the cage at both Harrah's Joliet( always sell me the $5 LE's) and The Empress. Haven't bought any in about a year. Last time I purchased at Harrah's, cashier searched for clean $2.50's for me. I usually go during the day when it is slow and cage people are usually willing to help. I do tell them I am a collector.
