After 10 years as a member I attended my first conv. this year. If you are looking for more bang for your buck, go to one. It is a chip collectors paradise, chips everywhere, from $1- to $40,000.-
But the best thing about it is the other collectors that you meet. there is more knowledge of chips in that one location than you can believe. I will attend every year from now on. Also if not gambling it does not cost a lot to attend, save some extra bucks for a special chip you want, because it will be for sale. One last item, go to the casino bar after the show closes each night & you will meet up with some haevy collectors.
