I dont think Bob was suggesting that 95% of ebayers are dishonest. His other numbers just hapened to add up to 95. I think he meant 95% of ebay chips are not worth looking at.

IMO he is not far from the truth. Out of some 25,000 lots that finish on ebay each week, I doubt you consider 1,250 (5%) are worth looking at. Only about 20% even get a bid.
