I don't agree with you characterization that 45% of ebay chips are crap -- Many legitimate dealers and collectors buy and sell on ebay, and I don't consider myself so stupid that I buy crap and I don't believe the sellers I buy from sell crap. Sure there are some scammers on ebay, but I don't think 95% of ebayers are dishonest. Just my opinion.
