Don't apologise. This kind of 'trouble' is all that keeps sienor (not to say 'old') collectors semi-active.

As with any endevor, there are the 'newbies' who need constant help and direction (I'm only barely out of that class myself(?)), the general population who mostly just observe, and the old-times who get more satisfaction from displaying their vast knowledge and assisting the newbies than they do from actually collecting.

Three cheers for the old-times(you know who you are). It could be a frustrating hobby without their valuable input.
