This is from a series of chips that the Gamblers General Store sold (sell) for about 0.79/chip. there are 4 different closed casinos and 4 denoms. They are nice looking chips and all, and I did buy myself a set - at the retail price. but they are definately only GGS fantasy chips and have no affiliation with the casinos pictured.
