These are obviously modern stickers placed on old chips. For one, the 310 area code didn't exist yet when small key chips were being issued. The black ones look like $1 Bal Tabarins, which were common at one time. Haven't figured out yet what the white one is yet, but if you can peel off the stickers without damaging the chips, you may have some nice items there.
