After several years of housing chips in boxes and binders, and not having the time to go through thousands of chips in order to appreciate what I have accumulated, I made the decision to frame what I could. I have framed hundreds of roulette chips (my next picture, when I hang them), and they have held up better than those that have been boxed or in binders. I keep them out of direct sunlight, and the glass seems to protect them from other outside elements. I want to see my collection every day, and not bury them somewhere where I can’t enjoy their beauty. As far as security is concerned, it may not be the most prudent thing to do, but my enjoyment outweighs the slim risk. To each his own………………
