If this helps:

(1) The extra stamping is around 8 o'clock at the rim.
(2) This chip will not show up on e-bay. I have never sold a chip on e-bay.
(3) I am not even certain if the value would be affected, go down or go up. I just want to learn.
(4) I am not looking for an actual value of this chip. It just sparked my interest in the concept.
(5) I respect your opinions greatly.
