The chip is a millennium limited edition from the Grosvenor Casino Manchester. They are very hard to come by. I came clean to the manager at the Manchester Grosvenor when I was on a mini chip run about 2 months ago. I asked him if I could buy some fractional [ £2.50 & 50p ] chips, and explained my hobby and how difficult it was to obtain these chips in UK casinos. He not only personally escorted me to the cage, but asked the teller if they had any millennium chips left [ i hadnt even thought of asking because they were issued nearly 5 years ago and are like Hens Teeth. ] The guy went away and came back with two of the chips you see here! and at face! They are a beautiful chip, no doubt about that. which is unusual for a UK casino because the chips are normally functional and quite bland.
