It is a fantasy chip, issued by a private poker chip-maker after the casino closed. Chips like the one in the auction result in purchaser errors whether the dealer deliberately misrepresents the chip or sells it "as is" with no representation or explanaion. In this auction, calling it merely a "casino chip" is wrong, and the seller probably knows it.
