Target doesn't charge shipping. With the price you listed...it doesnt include a free wooden case, 2 decks of cards and a dealers button with each 200.

When you add the 2.49 shipping for each sleeve of 50, that takes your price to 6.49 per 50, or 12.98 per 100. That's 13 cents each (without wooden cases and cards) I think the Target deal is worlds better.

It really comes down to the prefered chip and prefered price.
