My point is Mike that I don't really pay any attention to who provides poitive feedback to me, or not. It's a courtesy I extend to others. Lots of folks in today's society don't even say "thank you" for simple courtesies extended.

It's like the story of the lady who said; "you don't have to hold the door open for me because I'm a woman" ... to which I replied, "I didn't hold the door for you because you are a woman, I held the door because I'm a gentelman".
