I now know who made these chips for the seller.
I am disappointed that they were made after what I was told previously. I will say no more on this as the copyright violation has now been confirmed.

IMO regardless of how the information was gathered and made public and the validity or otherwise of the sellers description, both the maker and seller have committed offenses, through the unauthorised manufacture and subsequent offer for sale.

IMO the seller is fully aware of this and it should serve as 'fair warning'

IMO chip collectors have a right to know the truth about these chips and if that resulted in them retracting bids then so be it.
