Dave- Usually at Turning Stone's Poker Room you buy your chips right at the cage(although dealers can provide chips if they have enough in their trays). The cage clerks are pretty helpful with finding decent condition chips too,they dug through about three racks to find 3 decent anniversary chips for me awhile back....
