... I say that in jest. The penalty MUST fit the crime and there must be some certanty with the death penalty, because it's so damn hard to reverse after its done. But, in those instances where there are many witnesses, tapes/films of commissions of crimes and unrefutable evidence, the criminal should be allowed 20 minutes for an appeal and have it carried out in 24 hrs.

What would be a novel idea would be to allow TRUTH in a courtroom!
