Midget Matches were made back in the 40's I think and then a directive was put out by the war time government about staple size and that put the end to the midgets. Maybe Don Lueders will respond or Mark Cotton, I am sure they know the story.

The one I got is from Leon and Eddie's in Reno. They measure 1 1/8 x 1 1/2 inches...Just little boogers. They had 14 matches in them.
