People say that the death penalty doesn't deter crime. Well, they might be right but I don't know of a single criminal that has been executed that ever came back to commit another.

I'm sure that'd be true with kids that shoplift too. We could close all the prisons and just execute everyone that we now send to prison. Think of all the money we'd save.
