Are you allowed to return ANY of the Hard rock chips to the cage and cash them in including some of the first releases? Also can you return any one chip in a so called "set" such as maybe one of the Custom Barris Cars. The reason Im asking is about 2 weeks ago there was a Hard Rock collection up on Ebay (item # 6134714022) and he claimed he had over 500 chips but many were in sets. Could he return all of these chips for their value?
