Recently I purchased a small collection..Within
that collection came 2 problems that are driving
me nuts!!...
Problem #1...Sharkeys Garnerville..Both of these
chips are really kings crown chips One is a KC $1
Gray sm crown, the other is a KC $5 yellow/3 purple inserts....Both of these chips have Paste on inlays covering the original KC inlays..The
problem is these inlays only say "Sharkeys Nevada
Gardnerville"..No denominations...What were these
chips used for and what would be a ballpark value
on each...I find no reference for these.
Problem #2...Harrahs Reno..This is a "NAVY" blue
Roulette, H&C Brown inlay with white star..The
closest I can find in TCR is a "day blue" chip
with this description. Old WU chip. This chip is
no way day blue (I imagine that means sky blue)..
Help!!!lol
