This past summer while staying at the Rio I won a sizable amount of money on a Slot Machine. They checked everything out then took me over to a cashier and I was then handed a form that I had to sign and was told I could cash it whenever I wanted to { of course I cashed it right there }. After the cashier gave me the money I gave her a tip and asked her if there was anything else...she said no you're set to go....so I left. My question...should I have received some sort of form for tax purposes...or will they mail it to me...or do I have to call them ? Another question...should I also ask for a Win/Lose Statement { have no idea how that works } ? Any and all info would be appreciated.
