The trams are running without passengers and commissioining them allows them to run their regular number of cars continuously prior to reopening.

They said the problem appeared to be STRESS on the undercarriages that the trams were not designed to meet on the tracks the way it was laid out.

Supposedly now fixed trams can handle the STRESS
