Robert, nice find! Is there an error in that book?

In your scan, the very first initial chip has what appears to be a backwards "S". Perhaps they reversed the copy photo, or took a picture of an early error chip! vbg

Yes, reverse (mirror) image of the "S;" picts here
The "M" Monogram is mirrored too
