This cop had quite the attitude too. It was clearly a case of a superiority complex. The guy was power drunk. Most likely to compinsate his extrememly small penis size. Sorry, but I still get ticket off whenever I think about it.

Oh, by the way..to make matters worse, I didnt make the deadline to pay the ticket, so they tacked on an additional $275.00 late charge !!!
