What he said! Clear the cache, and look for spyware removers. Adware is a free download. Problem is you need three different Spyware removers to get all of them. But at least you will remove the most common, which can drain your browser resources down to ntohing

Clearing the cache will make the new page load, and clean out old versions that may be storing old usless and expired data.

The DONE with partial page is sometimes a timeout of the server you are contacting. I doubt if that will be a repeat problem, since you get a different one, each time you dial in.

How old is you modem? How slow is you computer? Trust me I have run some antique junk and dialup with a slow modem will get you some "interesting" errors.
