Actually, after the club auction I spent several hours curled up in the fetal position in the back of the room. I NEEEEEEEEEDED some of those chips and I only won one darn auction. On a few occasions in the last couple of years, I got so preoccupied WORKING the auctions that I've forgotten to bid on a few chips I really NEEEEEEEEEEDED. Of course, Andy, sitting next to me, didn't forget to bid. I came close to ripping up his bid card when he started on one of the auctions, but I managed to restrain myself.

This year's Club Auction's gonna have more great chips in it... the submissions are already rolling in. As a reminder to all: if you're planning to send in chips for the Club Auction, the deadline is at the end of this year's Super Bowl show in Las Vegas. Send in your good stuff now... beats the heck out of eBay, and you're supporting the club.
