I agree with Ken. And Ken, you have my sympathy -- I have the same problem with my useless mailman -- I have lost dvd's, books, and chips that were delivered to an address in my area that has my same house number but a totally different street name, I guess the mailman passed numbers in school, but failed the alphabet -- he maintains that NEVER happens, but at least twice a week I get that other persons mail and he probably gets mine, which he always keeps and never gives back to the mailman. I have had to rent a post office box at a different post office to get my chips now.
