Just a reminder that Paypal will not protect you if you let 30 days pass before you complain to them. In any case, your credit card company probably will protect you, your bank probably will not. However, if you paid by credit card, then want to charge back because you did not receive the chip, your relationship with Paypal may be affected if you do not go thru their channels in due course (i.e within the 30 day period).
