I was looking for a bit of advice and appreciate any help any of you can offer. I never have purchased chips on Ebay before, and recently won auctions for 3 chips. I paid for all of the items the following day via paypal, and send emails to all sellers to contact them and let them know that payment was made.

I received 2 of the chips within a week, and I am still waiting for the final one to arrive. How long is long enough to wait for a chip to arrive in New Jersey from Las Vegas? One of the other chips i purchased was shipped from Canada and arrived with no problem.

The details are this...

Auction won on November 23.
Payment sent November 24.

Sent email to seller to check in and see if the item was sent on Dec 1st. He replied back saying that I should rec. the chip soon and told me he left positive feedback.

Still nothing, so I sent another email on Dec 8 to check in again. Again he said that he had sent the chip, and that i should get it soon. And reminded me of the positive feedback.

I still have no chip as of today Dec 13 (even though the mail didnt come yesterday) But i was wondering if I am being unreasonable wondering why I have not received the chip after 20 days?

What should my next step be? The seller has a high positive feedback score with 0 negatives in the last 12 months, so I do not think there was any harm meant....but I am growing impatient...I am just wondring what my typical wait time should be, being fairly new to the Ebay scene.
