I got it from a friend that did a camper road trip around MT and digging out chips from everyone she met. She actually wrote a book on all the chips she found. I haven't seen her since I fired her from the poker cruises I run. That was in 2001.
She called it "Mac's Last Cast." Sounds like they did some fishing close to the bar.
I believe the place was called The Log Cabin when she was there.
