Since you are still playing with the same numbers in the same ratio (i.e. one way to make a 2 or 12, two ways to make a 3 or 11, three ways to make a 4 or 10, four ways to make a 5 or 9, five ways to make a 6 or 8, and six ways to make a 7) the odds are the same as using only a pair of dice.

I've seen at least three different variants of card-craps on a recent trip to San Diego, but they all appear to maintain the same odds as dice only craps.
