"...3 ring binders are not available outside the US..."

Lemme get this straight. We can put a McDonald's in every country on the globe, but you Brits can't get 3 ring binders? Is there something similar you use? 4-ring binders? 5-ring?

Please tell me you don't spend your chargeable professional hours making longhand entries in a bound ledger book.
